What is the hazard with LCD Projector HY300 (2607-0206)?
LCD Projector HY300 (2607-0206) was announced earlier this year, in the "Communication and media equipment - Projection Systems" category. The product presents a serious risk of electric shock because the plug does not meet the dimensional requirements of BS 1363. The distance between the outer edge of the plug and the live pin is insufficient, and the earth and live pins are too short. As a result, the plug may not connect securely to a socket, potentially exposing live parts to the user.
